Insurance firm Zurich Malaysia has introduced its first ever sustainability-centric fund as part of its commitment to create continuous long-term value. The Zurich Global Green Fund will invest in companies leading the field of clean technologies, as well as tap on carbon offsetting projects that comply with internationally recognised standards to provide a “true carbon neutral” investment strategy. Zurich is the first insurer in Malaysia to offer a climate-neutral investment as an option in its investment-linked fund portfolio for unit-linked life insurance.
