Together with the Ministry of Education Malaysia and the MAD Movement, a community driven organisation, UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) recently launched the Toyota Eco Youth programme for the year 2022/2023 with the theme “Championing Mobility”. Targeting 16 schools, the programme aims promote good environmental habits among youth and develop them as future caretakers of the planet. In the programme, participating teams will develop sustainable solutions in four areas: Clothing, Apps, Smart Tools and Eco-Friendly Vehicles, with a focus on “Mobility for All” and in line with Toyota’s Global Vision to create a positive societal impact.
