Samaiden Secures FiT Approval for 7MW Biomass Power Plant in Johor
Samaiden Group Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Samaiden Biomass Energy Sdn Bhd has received the feed-in tariff (FiT) approval certificate from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA). Samaiden Biomass Energy is now authorised to construct and operate a seven-megawatt (MW) Biomass Power Plant in Tangkak, Johor. The plant is set to supply a net export capacity of six MW to Tenaga Nasional Bhd over 21 years, starting on 22 Jan 2027.
