Royal Selangor, the world's largest pewter maker based in Malaysia, has joined DHL Express' GoGreen Plus program to reduce the carbon emissions of its international e-commerce shipments by up to 20%. This commitment is part of Royal Selangor's efforts to green its business and improve its carbon performance. The company has already implemented measures such as using electric-powered pewter cauldrons, waste-conscious packaging, and solar energy infrastructure. DHL's GoGreen Plus program offers customers the opportunity to lower the environmental impact of their supply chains through carbon insetting, blending conventional jet fuel with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). This collaboration marks an important step in sustainable shipping for both Royal Selangor and DHL.
