Leading Malaysian pharmaceutical company Pharmaniaga Bhd has embarked on a decarbonisation programme to support the government’s goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2050. This includes the use of electric vehicles to deliver medicines to government hospital and clinics, said group managing director Datuk Zulkarnain Mohammad Eusope. Areas for improvement identified through the programme also include energy efficiency and renewable energy.
