Employee branding agency Rantstad has recently announced that Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) has been crowned Most Attractive Employer in Malaysia for 2018. The top three companies - Petronas, Shell Malaysian and Nestle Malaysia which received the highest attractiveness score in the survey that job seekers in Malaysia will want to work for.

The winners for this category are selected from the 75 largest employers in Malaysia based on local workforce size. Petronas group human resource management senior vice president Datuk Raiha Azni Abd Rahman said the group offers vast career growth opportunities through a structured career, leadership and capability development programmes and great emphasis on diversity and inclusion as well as the creation of a conducive working environment for its employees to flourish.
