A Deloitte survey reveals that over 40% of Gen Z and Millennials have left or plan to leave jobs due to climate concerns. The survey, which included more than 22,800 respondents from 44 countries, found that nearly two-thirds would pay more for environmentally sustainable products. The report highlights the importance of purpose in the workplace, with 86% of Gen Z and 89% of Millennials stating that a sense of purpose is crucial for job satisfaction. Additionally, 46% of Gen Z and 42% of Millennials have changed or plan to change jobs due to environmental impact concerns. The survey underscores the growing influence of climate change and environmental sustainability on workplace and consumer behaviors.
