Nextgreen Global Berhad has signed a memorandum of agreement with Malaysian Bioeconomy Development Corporation Sdn Bhd to collaborate on the potential of enhancing biomass into higher value products, utilising biotechnology applications for the biomaterial and agricultural farm sector. In a statement, the pulp and paper manufacturer said that under this agreement, the two companies would collaborate to support the National Biotechnology Policy 2.0 Flagship Programme and the National Biomass Action Plan 2022-2030.
