The National Water Services Commission (SPAN) believes that there is a need to review existing initiatives under the implementation of its Integrity and Anti-Corruption Framework for licensees and certification agencies in the water services industry. All parties should evaluate and enhance governance practices amidst focusing on adopting environment, social and governance (ESG) aspects, the national regulator said at a briefing on its best practices.
