The Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), a government agency, signed a memorandum of cooperation with Sepang Gold Coast Sdn Bhd (SGC) to develop beachside attraction Sepang Gold Coast into a model low carbon city. SGC executive chairman, Gan Chool Yang, said that collaboration will focus on technology-based initiatives such as promoting energy efficient buildings, using sustainable materials and other components of green cities.
