Khazanah Nasional Bhd recently launched its sustainability framework and medium-term targets to guide its key investee companies on how to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations into their core businesses. Managing director Datuk Amirul Feisal Wan Zhair identified sustainable investing and enterprise sustainability as two key action points which could help Khazanah achieve its sustainability targets. These targets include building national and climate resilience and delivering socio-economic benefits, such as providing decent, dignified work and social mobility.
