JLand Group Sdn Bhd (JLG) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mitsui and Co Ltd to jointly explore the development of a hyperscale data centre and renewable energy facility in Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC), Sedenak tech Park, Johor. Both companies will conduct a joint feasibility study within the immediate terms of the MOU. Following its completion, JLG, Mitsui and its co-developers will form a joint venture partnership to invest, develop and operate the aforementioned projects.
