Malaysian pharmaceutical company Duopharma Biotech Berhad has put in place a new integrity and anti-corruption programme for external business associates. The company said that its agents are required to enrol in the programme, which is guided by the MACC Act 2009. It also said that the progress is in line with the company’s environment, social, and governance (ESG) focus, whereby governance is one of the key areas in which Duopharma Biotech is continuously pursuing higher standards.
