DPM Fadillah: Malaysia Keen to Collaborate With EU on Technology Transfer for Energy Transition

Malaysia is committed to collaborating with the European Union (EU) on technology transfer for energy transition and water security, said deputy prime minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof. Fadillah, who is also the energy transition and water transformation minister, said Malaysia is keen to cooperate with the EU in research and development (R&D) to adopt new technology that reduces carbon emissions. Meanwhile, EU Ambassador Michalis Rokas said the EU will collaborate with Sarawak and the federal government on connectivity and digitalisation to expedite green and energy transition.
