CEO Action Network Anticipates 30 Per Cent of Members to Apply DEI Guidelines
CEO Action Network (CAN) targets 30 per cent of its members to apply and benefit from its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Implementation Guide for Malaysia. The guide is CAN’s first major publication and works to bridge recent gaps between existing practices and policies to enhance the organisation’s capabilities to meet sustainability challenges. Of the 66 companies and organisations under CAN, over 50 per cent already have a DEI guideline as part of their focus, said committee member, Helen Selvanathan.
