C4 Launches Tracker Report, Monitors Reform Areas Under NACP
The Center to Combat Cronyism and Corruption (C4), a governance and anti-corruption group in Malaysia, launched its MyGov Reforms Tracker Report which monitors and analyses the development of 11 out of 115 reform initiatives under the National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP). C4 said it has begun tracking improvements in environmental governance, as “it is becoming evident that corruption, cronyism and poor governance are driving factors behind many environmental problems in the country”. It notes that there has been slow implementation of the initiatives and called for problems to be addressed holistically.
