Malaysia's Minister of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change, YB Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, has launched the Malaysia Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) Handbook. Developed through a collaboration between Bursa Malaysia Berhad and the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation, the handbook aims to assist entities interested in participating in carbon market project development and Malaysia's voluntary carbon market. It defines the roles and functions of key entities in the carbon market and serves as a reference guide for market players as Malaysia works to become a lower-carbon economy.
