Danish agriculture tech company Agreena has closed a USD50mn in Series B funding round for its soil carbon credit program that incentivizes farmers to practice regenerative farming. Agriculture accounts for about ⅓ of global carbon footprint, making it a focus of decarbonization projects around the world. And regenerative agriculture is a movement in the industry and has been the apple of the eye of venture capitalists.
