2018 commemorates our 5th year of hosting the Technical Briefing sessions for Company Secretaries of Listed Issuers. These being part of our continuous effort to enhance the understanding of and compliance with the Main and ACE Markets Listing Requirements (“LR”) by listed issuers.

We are pleased to inform that Bursa Malaysia Berhad will be organising another series of Technical Briefing, which have been designed to highlight and address common issues faced by Company Secretaries in complying with the LR, in particular, on matters relating to the Key Amendments To Listing Requirements Arising from the Companies Act, 2016.
