Over the last three years, Corporate Malaysia has seen changes to regulatory requirements that focus largely on risk management. This points to the need for an organisation (in particular, listed issuers) to formalise in writing an Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Framework, comprehensive and robust enough to mitigate the exposure of the organisation as well as those charged with governance and management therein. Event will introduce what a typical ERM Framework entails, participants will also acquire working knowledge on how to execute risk management activities, culminating in reporting to the Board either via the Board Risk Committee, Audit Committee or Risk Management Committee.
