According to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) complaints bureau, most bribery and corruption complaints from 2013 to 2018 had been allegations involving the procurement sector. It is a high-risk sector that requires heightened control measures and monitoring mechanisms to ensure staff/persons associated from either end do not condone to such fraudulent conduct.

The program sheds light on common schemes perpetrated throughout the procurement lifecycle. It takes participants through the entire procurement process and initiates the discussion on prevention, detection, and response mechanisms that can be implemented at an organizational level
