The C2ESG aims to enlighten the important role played by the accountancy profession and professional accountants in facilitating governments, capital markets, and organizations to implement plans for climate change mitigation and adaptation. Through insightful discussions, the 2CESG hopes to inspire participants from a wide array of themes concerning climate change and ESG and provide practical guidance for long term sustainability and ESG agenda as well as sign the call to action for accountants in Malaysia to act by helping the organisations they work with to respond towards climate change with the urgency and scale required.
