To be effective, a business integrity programme requires an anti-bribery management system (ABMS): the comprehensive set of objective, policies and procedures which identify, control and manage corruption risks. This workshop explores the key elements of an ABMS and explains how they should be designed for the system to function well.
Topic include:
- The process of linking the corruption risk assessment to the ABMS.
- Determining the components of effective policies for anti-bribery in general, and gifts and
hospitality in particular.
- Identifying and implementing best practice for an internal whistleblowing system.
- Preparing a successful communication plan to maximise the impact of the system both internally and externally.
This workshop includes interactive presentation, group work and discussion sessions.
